Biography

Harold Howard is a Canadian martial artist who competed as a heavyweight in early mixed martial arts and NHB contests, most notably in the UFC. He reached the finals of UFC 3 in 1994, where he became well-known for attempting a flying somersault kick against Steve Jennum. Over his career, he compiled a professional MMA record of 1–3 before retiring from competition.
